The Real Estate Inventory List identifies county-owned properties that may be appropriate for affordable housing development as required by Florida's Live Local Act and Florida Statute 125.379. The inventory is reviewed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners and is made available to the public to encourage affordable housing opportunities throughout Clay County.
