Electronic Procurement and Vendor Registration

The Clay County Board of County Commissioners Purchasing Department has partnered with OpenGov and transitioned from a paper-based bid solicitation process to a fully automated electronic procurement and vendor management system.

Current bid solicitations, requests for proposals, and corresponding closing dates are available through the County's e-Procurement Portal.

The e-Procurement Portal allows vendors and suppliers to:

• Receive notifications of future solicitations by creating an account and subscribing to procurement opportunities.
• Follow active solicitations and automatically receive amendments and addenda.
• Submit questions and receive responses online regarding open solicitations.
• Respond electronically using a guided submission process designed to help ensure complete and accurate responses.
• Receive timely support regarding solicitation questions.
• Access all Clay County Board of County Commissioners procurement opportunities in one location.

There is no cost for vendors to register with OpenGov.

All solicitations due on or after October 1, 2022, must be submitted electronically through the Clay County procurement portal .
