Clay County offers term life insurance with accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as optional long-term disability insurance.
Term Life Insurance with Accidental Death and Dismemberment

Dependent Life Eligibility: Dependent life covers children up to age 20, or up to age 24 if they are full-time students.
Long-Term Disability Insurance
The County also provides optional Long-Term Disability Insurance (LTD).
- Provides up to 50% of pre-disability earnings after you have been continuously disabled for 180 days and remain continuously disabled.
