How Roads Are Ranked

To help evaluate roads fairly, each road is reviewed using weighted criteria. These factors help the County compare roadway needs and prioritize projects.

• Right-of-way width
• Minimum graded width
• Average daily traffic
• Drainage issues
• Public school bus routes
• Public facilities and service request frequency
• Paving difficulty
• Construction cost
• Number of driveways per mile
