To request a search for open code violations or liens in Clay County, please provide the following information:

  • Property address, including city and ZIP code
  • Property parcel number (including dashes)
  • Name of the property owner
  • Email address for the return receipt

Fee: $20.00 per parcel

Make checks payable to Clay County BOCC or CCBOCC.
