Clay County Comprehensive Impact Fees for Building Permits and Development

County Comprehensive Impact Fees

All complete building permit applications for new construction submitted on or after June 1, 2024, are subject to Clay County Comprehensive Impact Fees, as well as applicable Mobility Fees and School Impact Fees.

These impact fees help fund infrastructure and public facilities needed to serve growth and development throughout Clay County.
