Summary: Middleburg/Clay Hill Citizens Advisory Committee

The Middleburg/Clay Hill Citizens Advisory Committee will serve in an advisory capacity regarding development within the Middleburg/Clay Hill area. The committee will meet on an as-needed basis.

Membership of the committee will consist of five to 11 residents of the Middleburg/Clay Hill area who are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners and who will serve two-year terms on a staggered basis.

For the initial terms, committees composed of six, eight or 10 members will have half of the members' initial terms set at one year and committees composed of seven, nine or 11 members will have four, five or six members' initial terms set respectively at one year. Terms associated with the committee appointments and seats are held by the appointed member until their resignation or removal by the Board of County Commissioners.
