Yes. Board of County Commissioners meetings can be viewed on Comcast Channel 260. Meetings are also available on the Clay County TV and Video Archive webpage and on the Clay County Facebook page.

Can I read the commissioners’ emails?

To read County Commissioners’ email, visit the Clay County Public Email webpage. You will be directed to the email folders for the County Commissioners, where you can select links to view available emails.

How can I address my concerns at a Board meeting?

The Board accepts public comment on any issue listed on its agenda. To speak, complete a speaker card available at the table as you enter the Board meeting room and provide it to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office deputy on duty. The Chair of the Board will call on you when the Board is ready to receive public comment. A time certain may also be scheduled with approval of the Chair.

Unless otherwise noticed, the Board of County Commissioners meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 4:00 PM in the Board Meeting Room on the fourth floor of the Administration Building, located at 477 Houston Street in Green Cove Springs, Florida.
