Keep Clay Beautiful

Keep Clay Beautiful works to keep our county clean, healthy, and beautiful. The program is affiliated with Keep America Beautiful and Keep Florida Beautiful.

Our goal is to protect Clay County's natural beauty by:

• Teaching residents about environmental stewardship.
• Cleaning up litter throughout the county.
• Sharing ways to protect and care for our natural spaces.

Adopt-a-Mile and Adopt-a-Spot Programs

Groups and organizations in Clay County can help by joining our Adopt-a-Mile or Adopt-a-Spot programs. Volunteers help clean and care for areas such as:

• Roadsides
• Parks
• Waterways
• Neighborhood spaces

Together, we can protect and care for our community.

The Adoption Process

Becoming a sponsor with Keep Clay Beautiful is a great way to help keep our community beautiful. Here's how to get started:

1. Contact us.
   Call (904) 529-4148 or email volunteer@claycountygov.com.
2. Complete the sponsor form.
   Fill out the sponsor form .
3. Share your interest.
   Let us know which road, area, or community space your group is interested in improving.
4. Find a community match.
   We will help identify a community area that is a good fit for your team.
5. Complete the agreement.
   We will provide a written agreement for your group.
6. Set a cleanup schedule.
   We will work with you to set up a convenient cleanup schedule.
7. Receive recognition.
   We will proudly display a Keep Clay Beautiful sign with your team's name.
8. Access helpful resources.
   Your group will have access to cleanup resources, including To-Go kits.

Adoptable Roads or Spots

The Adoptable Roads or Spots program invites individuals, families, businesses, and community groups to help keep public spaces clean. By adopting a road or location, your group agrees to help remove litter and improve the appearance of our community.
