Lease an additional garbage cart

If you'd prefer to complete the additional cart process in person, you may fill out the form and pay with cash or check at any Clay County Library. Note: the in-person method may add additional days to your processing time.

What are the fees?

One-time non-refundable lease fee

The County lease fee is $66 for a 95-gallon cart and $61 for a 65-gallon cart.

Collection service fee

FCC Environmental Services will charge a separate $16.26 quarterly collection service fee.

*All charges include the credit card processing fee. If you do not agree to pay the credit card processing fee, you can make your payment in person using cash or check at any Clay County Library. This may add additional days to your processing time.

After the application is completed and the lease fee is paid, FCC Environmental Services staff will email you login and account setup information to pay the separate quarterly fee. Crews will deliver your new cart after you pay the lease fee. Please allow up to several weeks for delivery.

Ending Service

You may lease the garbage cart for as long as you wish to pay for the service. To end service, contact FCC Environmental Services at (904) 490-9996 — Call FCC Environmental Services . If you wish to have the service again later, you will need to re-establish the service, including all fees. The lease fee is non-refundable.
