Additional garbage cart information

Lease an Additional Garbage Cart

To lease an additional garbage cart, select the cart size above, complete the application, and submit your payment online.

If you would like to exchange your County-issued 95-gallon cart for a 65-gallon cart, contact FCC Environmental Services at (904) 490-9996.

Need to Apply in Person?

You may complete the application and pay with cash or check at any Clay County Library.

You may also complete and print the Additional Garbage Cart Application (PDF) before visiting the library.

Note: Applying in person may add additional processing time.

Fees

  • 95-gallon cart lease fee: $66 (one-time, non-refundable)
  • 65-gallon cart lease fee: $61 (one-time, non-refundable)
  • Quarterly collection fee: $16.26, billed separately by FCC Environmental Services

All online payments include the applicable credit card processing fee. If you prefer not to pay the processing fee, you may pay with cash or check at any Clay County Library.

What Happens Next?

  1. Complete the application and pay the lease fee.
  2. FCC Environmental Services will email your account setup information.
  3. Pay the separate quarterly collection service fee.
  4. Your new garbage cart will be delivered.

Please allow several weeks for delivery.

Ending Your Cart Lease

You may keep your leased garbage cart for as long as you continue paying the quarterly collection fee.

To end your service, contact FCC Environmental Services at (904) 490-9996.

If you decide to lease another cart in the future, you will need to reapply and pay all applicable fees again.

The lease fee is non-refundable.
