Moving In or Moving Out?

Call FCC Environmental Services at (904) 490-9996 or request service through FCC Environmental Services before placing items curbside.
Move-Out Waste
FCC Environmental Services does not automatically collect bulk waste from move-outs. Contact FCC to discuss pickup options, or contact one of the County’s approved franchise haulers.

Remodeling and Home Repair Waste
Waste from home remodeling and repairs is not included in bulk pickup. Small do-it-yourself project waste, such as a faucet or light fixture, may be placed inside your garbage cart.
Professional home repair and remodeling businesses are responsible for collecting and disposing of their own waste. You may contact FCC to discuss collection options or contact one of the County’s approved franchise haulers.
Other Disposal Options
- Contact FCC Environmental Services to arrange a special pickup for a fee.
- Bring up to one level pickup truck load at no charge to an Environmental Convenience Center.
- If you receive County garbage collection service, you may bring up to 500 pounds per month at no charge to the Rosemary Hill Solid Waste Facility. Amounts over 500 pounds are charged regular fees.
- Contact one of the County’s approved franchise haulers to schedule removal.
As a reminder, curbside collection includes three types of waste: household garbage, yard trash, and bulk waste. Learn more about yard trash guidelines.
