You can rent the entire Fairgrounds or select specific areas. Base rates are listed on the Fairgrounds Facility Rental Fees page. Additional costs may apply depending on your event (for example: staffing, utilities, permits, insurance, or security).

Yes. The Cattlemen’s Arena and the J.P. Hall, Sr. Covered Arena are covered, open-air venues available for rent.

Yes. Patron Life Member Exhibit Building #3 and Reinhold Pavilion Building #2B are indoor, air-conditioned spaces available for rent.

Some events require a Special Event Permit. Depending on your event, additional reviews or fees may be required by County departments such as Public Safety or the Clay County Sheriff’s Office. Apply early to allow time for review.

From US-17 / S. Orange Ave (Green Cove Springs)
• Head west on State Road 16.
• The Fairgrounds entrance is about 4 miles from US-17.
• Go past Spring Bank Road and turn left just after the Clay County Fair Association (the log cabin).
• Continue straight; parking is on the left across from the Clay County Emergency Services Complex.

From First Coast Expressway (SR-23)
• Exit SR-23 at the State Road 16 exit and head east.
• In approximately 0.8 miles, turn right at the Clay County Paul E. Reinhold Agricultural Fairgrounds / Public Safety Department Headquarters. (If you reach the log cabin, you’ve gone too far.)
• Continue straight; parking is on the left across from the Clay County Emergency Services Complex.
