Clay County Fairgrounds forms and fees

Rental Information

The Clay County Fairgrounds is currently fully booked on weekends throughout 2026 and 2027. Some weekday dates remain available, and select weekends in 2027 are still open but are booking quickly.

To inquire about availability or reserve a facility, email Fairgrounds@claycountygov.com or call (904) 284-6378, Ext. 2.

To pay your facility security deposit or rental invoice online, create an account through the WebTrac Online Registration System . After creating your account, email Fairgrounds@claycountygov.com and our staff will upload your invoice to your account for online payment.

Facility rental hours: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Fairgrounds Forms and Rental Documents

Please review the forms, fees, and rental policies below before requesting a Fairgrounds reservation.

Rental Policy

Rental dates are not confirmed until:

  1. The Fairgrounds Reservation Request Form is submitted.
  2. The request is approved.
  3. The facility security deposit is paid.

Unless the entire facility has been reserved and paid for, other events may be scheduled at the same time and location.

Clay County reserves the right to schedule multiple rentals or events during the same reservation period.

Various County permits may be required to host your rental or event. Please review the County Special Event Permit Application for more information.
