Fairgrounds reservation request form- Please read the rental policy below:

Rental policy

  • Rental date(s) are not confirmed until:

    1. The Reservation Request Form is submitted.

    2. The request is approved.

    3. The facility security deposit is paid.

  • Unless you have reserved and paid for the entire facility, other events may be scheduled at the same time and location.

  • The County reserves the right to schedule multiple rentals or events during the same reservation period.

County special event permit application- Various permitting may be required by the County in order to host your rental/event.
