Plan your next show, expo, tournament, or community event at the Clay County Fairgrounds. Our 45-acre property offers flexible indoor and outdoor spaces, on-site support, convenient parking and RV accommodations.

Highlights

• 26,000 sq. ft. of climate-controlled indoor space

• J.P. Hall, Sr. Covered Arena: 33,512 sq. ft. (236’ × 142’), seating: 200

• Cattlemen’s Arena: 48,600 sq. ft. (162’ × 300’), seating: up to 2,500

• Kitchen: 1,085 sq. ft. climate-controlled, plus 221 sq. ft. of storage

• Midway: 324,000 sq. ft.

• 150 horse stalls

• 48 full-service RV hookups located north and south of the Midway

• Additional parking area and RV park potentially available (inquire for details)

• 5 restroom locations

• Arena surface: clay–sand mix; can be groomed smooth or raked/loosened to suit your event

• On-site maintenance and electrical support available upon request through Parks & Recreation

• Rental hours: 8:00 AM–10:00 PM

• Exhibit Hall 1 is not available for rent at this time.

3. Receive approval and pay the security deposit to confirm your dates.
