Availability
The Clay County Fairgrounds is currently fully booked for all weekends in 2026. Most weekends in 2027 have also been reserved, with only a limited number of dates still available. Weekday rentals remain available but are booking quickly.

Fairgrounds Facilities & Rental Information
The Clay County Fairgrounds offers flexible indoor and outdoor venues for trade shows, livestock events, rodeos, weddings, concerts, tournaments, festivals, and community gatherings. Explore the amenities below to find the perfect space for your next event.
Facility Highlights
- 45-acre event venue
- 26,000 square feet of climate-controlled exhibit space
- J.P. Hall, Sr. Covered Arena: 33,512 sq. ft. (236' × 142') with seating for approximately 200
- Cattlemen's Arena: 48,600 sq. ft. (162' × 300') with seating for up to 2,500
- Commercial Kitchen: 1,085 sq. ft. plus 221 sq. ft. of storage
- Midway: 324,000 sq. ft.
- 150 horse stalls
- 48 full-service RV hookups
- Additional parking and RV accommodations may be available upon request.
- Five conveniently located restroom facilities
- Arena surface: Clay/sand mix that can be groomed or loosened to meet event needs
- On-site maintenance and electrical support available through Parks & Recreation
- Facility rental hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Exhibit Hall 1 is currently unavailable for rental.

- Once approved, submit your security deposit to reserve your event date.
