The Clay County Board of County Commissioners Grants Division held an open forum for public comment on the draft FY24–25 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. The meeting took place at the Middleburg-Clay Hill Public Library, 2245 Aster Ave., Middleburg, Florida.
