Found Cats Currently in Our Care

Stray cats brought to Clay County Animal Services are held for a minimum of three days to allow owners the opportunity to reclaim them before they become available for adoption, when permitted by law.

Important: All animals are given a temporary name by our staff for identification purposes while they are in our care. If you are looking for your lost pet, don't rely on the name alone—compare the photos and descriptions carefully.
