1. Complete and save the Special Post-Event Report to your computer, or download and complete the form by hand.
2. Gather all required supporting documents.
3. Submit your completed application and documents by email to CCTourism@claycountygov.com .
4. You may also submit your application in person at the Clay County Tourism Visitor Center, located on the ground floor of the Clay County Administration Building:
