For events occurring between October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2026.

Please complete the Sports Grant Funding application below. After filling it out, compile your documents for the Event Budget, Marketing Plan, and Event Emergency Plan. Upload these documents to the application and submit it.

You also have the option to download the Sports Grant Funding application form and complete it on your computer, or you can fill out the application by hand. Once you finish your application, be sure to gather all your documents, including the Event Budget, Marketing Plan, and Event Emergency Plan.

You can submit your application and the accompanying documents by either emailing them to CCTourism@claycountygov.com or delivering them in person to the Clay County Tourism Visitor Center, located on the bottom floor of the Clay County Administration Building at 477 Houston Street, Green Cove Springs, Florida, 32221.
