E911 Addressing assigns physical addresses for residential dwellings, commercial structures, and accessory buildings in Clay County’s unincorporated areas. This includes features such as fountains and entry signs. Addressing assistance is also provided to incorporated areas of the county as needed.

How do I apply for a new address?

If your property is located in an unincorporated area of Clay County, visit the Customer Request Center to submit an address request. You will be prompted to create an account if you do not already have one.

If your property is located within a municipality, please contact that municipality’s office for assistance. Municipal staff will coordinate with the Clay County Addressing Office to have the address assigned.
