GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. -- Clay County staff, the Wiggins and Newman families, and members of the local Vietnam Veterans of America chapter gathered at the Historic Triangle in Green Cove Springs to unveil a new pavilion, which was made possible thanks to the work and materials that the Wiggins family generously donated, with support from Mr. and Mrs. Gary Newman, and the TAPS Committee.

The pavilion is dedicated to Senior Master Sergeant Mason "Ed" Wiggins Sr., a retired United States Air Force veteran who served in the Korean War and the Vietnam War. Mr. Ed Wiggins Sr. passed in 2020.

The pavilion, nestled within the Historic Triangle in Green Cove Springs, will serve as a gathering place for events, celebrations, and moments of reflection, ensuring that his spirit and contributions continue to inspire future generations.
