GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla -- Clay County's SHIFT program has provided bikes to more than 30 adults in our community, to help bring them closer to achieving their goals. “It was a good opportunity for me to be able to get to where I need to go, and find new employment and get back on my feet,” said recipient Alexis Woods.
