Join Clay County officials and the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association as they cut the red ribbon and officially open the new Clay County Courthouse Nursing Lounge on the third floor of the Clay County Courthouse on August 22 at 11:00 AM.

The nursing lounge/ lactation rooms will provide accessibility to women in the legal field to pump and/or nurse their child, while also supporting the needs of jurors, witnesses, employees, attorneys, and other patrons of the courthouse who will have access to the space.

The Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association received a grant through the Florida Association for Women Lawyers which was made possible by the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division to establish the nursing lounge in Clay County and purchase furniture and supplies for the space.
