Drivers will now see two new Clay County monument signs welcoming them as they enter the county in Oakleaf and Orange Park.

On Thursday, August 10th at 9 a.m., county leaders and local lawmakers will gather to officially present them to our community. Neighbors are invited to join this presentation at the monument sign at the corner of Wells Road and Blanding Boulevard. If you plan to attend, parking is available at the Buffalo Wild Wings parking lot, located at 1940 Wells Rd, Orange Park, FL 32073.

The Oakleaf sign is located at the southwest corner of Oakleaf Plantation Parkway and Charter Oaks Boulevard, just inside the county line. These are the first of several signs that will be placed at county entrances in our communities. Discussions surrounding this project began back in 2017, in an effort to help make a good first impression of Clay County and encourage visitors to further discover what we have to offer.

This project is funded with Tourist Development Tax dollars.
