Crews will start construction on a 3.3-mile new road that will run from the First Coast Expressway to County Road 315 on Monday, July 24th. This project will not impact traffic.

This east-west route will include a bridge over wetland areas and will connect to another new road being built from the First Coast Expressway to Shadowlawn Elementary on County Road 218. This new road will be called Cathedral Oak Parkway, and we expect it to be completed in 2025. We'll share updates on this and all of our major projects here in our Newsroom.
