The TPO is conducting a study on bicycle and pedestrian facilities in Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St. Johns counties in an effort to update the Regional Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan. The goal of this study is to evaluate currently existing facilities, identify opportunities for safety enhancements, and prioritize the importance of improvements over the next ten years.
