Fire Watch Council Meeting

A meeting of the Fire Watch Council, composed of representatives from Baker County, Clay County, Nassau County, St. Johns County and the City of Jacksonville, will be held on February 24, 2020 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Clay County Administration Building, BCC Meeting Room, 4th floor, 477 Houston Street, Green Cove Springs.

The meeting is open to the public and members of the Clay County Board of Commissioners have been invited to attend.

The Fire Watch Council was established in November 2019 to combat veteran suicide in Northeast Florida.

Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, a person deciding to appeal any decision made by the Council with respect to any matter considered at the meeting or at any subsequent meeting to which the Council has continued its deliberations is advised that such person will need to ensure that verbatim record of all proceedings is made, which must include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
