In honor of Veteran’s Day and to recognize the many service members in Clay County, the Clay County Library System will be displaying a Veterans Appreciation Tree at each of its libraries during the month of November.

The library will create ornaments for the tree that will feature a picture of participating service members, along with their name and rank.

If you are a service member, whether active duty or retired, and would like to participate, please fill out the form below and provide a picture. Family members of service members may also submit a form and provide a picture of their loved one.

Interested participants can submit the form and picture at any Clay County Library.

The Library System will do their best to print and publish all submissions.

The County has the right to reject any submissions.
