Fairgrounds Booking Information

Please note that the Clay County Fairgrounds is fully booked for all weekends in 2026 and 2027.

Select weekdays are still available; however, those dates are booking quickly.

To pay your Fairgrounds facility security deposit and/or rental invoice online, please create an account on the WebTrac website (opens in a new tab).

Facility rental hours are available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
