Fairgrounds Booking Information

Please note that the Clay County Fairgrounds is fully booked for all weekends in 2026 and 2027.

Select weekdays are still available; however, those dates are booking quickly.

If you're interested in reserving the fairgrounds for an event, contact us by email at Fairgrounds@claycountygov.com or by phone at (904) 284-6378.

To pay your Fairgrounds facility security deposit and/or rental invoice online, please create an account on our Webtrac website.

Facility rental hours are available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

The Clay County Fairgrounds spans 45 beautiful acres in Green Cove Springs, Florida, featuring flexible indoor & outdoor event spaces, modern amenities, and dedicated staff. Whether you're planning a rodeo, fair, wedding, concert, or private event, we have what you need.

With three spacious exhibit halls, two covered arenas, barns, a commercial kitchen, 48 RV hookups, and plenty of room for a midway and outdoor activities, your event will be well-supported from every angle.
