Sealed bids will be received until 4:00 PM on Thursday, May 7, 2026 for RFB No. 25/26-074, Oakleaf Community Park – Drainage Improvements.
Bids will be opened at 9:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as possible, on Friday, May 8, 2026, in Conference Room B, Fourth Floor, Clay County Administration Building, 477 Houston Street, Green Cove Springs, Florida, and through the County’s electronic bidding system. Bids will not be valid unless received by the bid deadline.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Oakleaf Community Park, 3979 Plantation Oaks Boulevard, Orange Park, FL 32065.
Meeting location: Main park entrance gate in front of the baseball fields.
Bids require a five percent (5%) bid bond and may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled opening time. The term bid bond includes bonds, cashier’s checks, or certified checks payable to the County.
The solicitation package is available through the County’s public procurement portal. Respondents must be registered on Clay County’s Public Portal in order to submit a response.
