Notice of Receipt of Sealed Bids

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received until 4:00 p.m. on Monday, May 4, 2026, for the following solicitation:

Bid Opening

Bids will be opened at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as practical, on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, in the Clay County Administration Building, Conference Room B, Fourth Floor, 477 Houston Street, Green Cove Springs, Florida, and through the County’s electronic bidding system. Bids will not be considered unless received by the stated deadline.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting

  • Date: Wednesday, April 15, 2026
  • Time: 2:00 p.m.
  • Location: Clay County Sheriff’s Office Jail, 901 N Orange Avenue, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043
  • Meeting Location Details: Front lobby of the Clay County Sheriff’s Office Jail

Bid Bond Requirement

A five percent (5%) bid bond is required. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled opening. The term bid bond includes surety bonds, cashier’s checks, or certified checks payable to Clay County.

Solicitation Package and Registration

The solicitation package is available on the Clay County OpenGov Procurement Portal.

Respondents must be registered on Clay County’s Public Portal in order to submit a response to this solicitation.
