The 2025/2026 Clay County Charter Review Commission (CRC) will meet on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Board of County Commissioners Meeting Room, Fourth Floor, Administration Building.

The meeting is open to the public, and all interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.

Appeals

Any person wishing to appeal a decision made by the Clay County Charter Review Commission regarding any matter considered at this meeting or hearing will need a record of the proceedings. For that purpose, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
