NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with Florida Statutes Section 287.055, the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), the Board of County Commissioners, Clay County, will accept sealed qualifications until 4:00 p.m., Thursday, January 29, 2026, for the following solicitation:
RFQ No. 25/26-004 – Professional Services for Civil Engineering, Environmental, Transportation, Traffic Engineering, Planning, Landscape Architecture, Structural Engineering, Surveying, and Geotechnical Services
Qualifications will be opened at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter, on Friday, January 30, 2026, in the Clay County Administration Building, Conference Room “B,” Fourth Floor, 477 Houston Street, Green Cove Springs, Florida, and through the County’s electronic bidding system.
Qualifications will not be considered valid unless received by the stated deadline.
