NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN sealed bids will be received until 4:00 P.M., Monday, October 06, 2025, for the following:
RFB NO. 24/25-126, Moody Park National Fitness Campaign Slab
Bids will be opened at 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter, on Tuesday, October 07, 2025, in the Clay County Administration Building, Conference Room “B”, Fourth Floor, 477 Houston St, Green Cove Springs, Florida 32043 and through the County’s electronic bidding system as well. Bids will not be valid unless received by the bid deadline.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the Moody Avenue Park located at 3510 Moody Avenue Orange Park, FL 32065, on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 1:00 PM.
Bids require a five (5%) percent bid bond and may not be withdrawn after the scheduled opening time for a period of thirty (30) days. The term bid bond shall include bonds or cashier or certified checks payable to the County.
In order to submit a response to this solicitation the respondent must be registered on Clay County’s Public Portal.
