Finance & Audit Committee Meeting

The Finance and Audit Committee of the Board of County Commissioners of Clay County, Florida will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, August 4, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. Members of the public are invited to attend. The location for the meeting will be the BCC Meeting Room, 4th Floor, Clay County Administration Building, 477 Houston St, Green Cove Springs, Florida.  In the event the Governor extends Executive Order 20-69 authorizing communications media technology, previously extended by Executive Orders 20-112, 20-123, 20-139, and 20-150 and set to expire on August 1, 2020, then the meetings will also be available by Microsoft Teams which will be broadcast on Comcast Channel 260, streamed live from the Clay County website at www.claycountygov.com and on the Clay County, FL Government Facebook page at www.facebook.com\ClayCtyBcc, and available telephonically at (904) 552-4094 or (833) 450-2718 (Toll-free), Conference ID 620-241-001#.

To be heard at the meeting for public comment, please complete a comment card if you attend in the BCC Meeting Room or register telephonically at (904) 529-4114, commencing on August 4, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. and prior to the public comment item for which you wish to be heard, if you attend virtually.

Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, a person deciding to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting or at any subsequent meeting to which the Board has continued its deliberations is advised that such person will need a record of all proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of all proceedings is made, which must include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
