Infrastructure and Development, Parks and Recreation, and STEM Committee Meeting- Online

The Infrastructure and Development, Parks and Recreation, and STEM Committee of the Board of County Commissioners of Clay County, Florida will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2020, at 3:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter following the Finance and Audit Committee meeting, by Microsoft Teams, which is being broadcast on Comcast Channel 260, streamed live from the Clay County website at www.claycountygov.com and on the Clay County, FL Government Facebook page at www.facebook.com\ClayCtyBcc, and available telephonically at (904) 552-4094 or (833) 450-2718 (Toll-free) with conference ID: 644 709 423#. The Committee meeting will now only be held virtually utilizing communications media technology pursuant to State of Florida Executive Order Number 20-69 issued March 20, 2020, and will not be held in the BCC Meeting Room at the County Administration Building.

Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting by viewing the meeting on Comcast Channel 260 or as streamed live from the Clay County website at www.claycountygov.com or on the Clay County, FL Government Facebook page at www.facebook.com\ClayCtyBcc, or by listening to the meeting telephonically at (904) 552-4094 or (833) 450-2718 (Toll-free) with conference ID: 644 709 423#.

To be heard at the meeting for public comment, please register telephonically at (904) 529-4114, commencing on May 5, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. and prior to the public comment item for which you wish to be heard.

Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, a person deciding to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting or at any subsequent meeting to which the Board has continued its deliberations is advised that such person will need a record of all proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of all proceedings is made, which must include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
