Please be advised that the Clay County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 30, 2012, at 5:00 P.M., in the Board of County Commissioners Meeting Room, 4th Floor, Clay County Administration Building. The meeting is open to the public and all interested persons are invited to attend.
In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, any person needing a special accommodation to participate in this matter should contact the Clay County ADA Coordinator by mail at Post Office Box 1366, Green Cove Springs, Florida 32043, or by telephone at number (904) 269-6376, no later than three (3) days prior to the hearing or proceeding for which this notice has been given. Notice is hereby given, that any person wishing to appeal any decision made by the Board of Adjustment with respect to any matter considered at the meeting or hearing that is the subject of this advertisement/notice, will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
