The purpose of the Division of Human Resources and Benefits is to provide professional assistance and service to employees, retirees, various departments and offices in the County and the County’s administration.
The Division is dedicated to continually evolving to ensure quality recruitment, the development of employees and promoting an attractive benefits program to enhance quality retention.

The Human Resources Division is the official custodian of employee records. In accordance with Florida Public Records law (F. S. Chapter 119), all records with the exception of confidential records, are open for inspection.
