Diane Hutchings
Commissioner Diane Hutchings (Republican) is serving her first term as a County Commissioner representing District Three.
Diane was elected in 1993 to the Green Cove Springs City Council and she completed two terms as well as serving as Vice Mayor and Mayor during her tenure. In 2008, Diane was elected county wide to the County Commission for the at-large seat that was later removed.
Diane is the Managing Director of First Florida Investment Services with 23 years of experience in the financial services industry. A FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 Registered Representative with LPL Financial, Member FINRA/SIPC and is Life/Health/Variable Annuity licensed in Florida and Georgia. She holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation and is certified in Long Term Care Planning. Prior to joining First Florida Investment services, Mrs. Hutchings was affiliated with Smith Barney and Prudential Financial.
Diane, Brett (her husband of 31 years) daughter Ashley, husband Adam Gilhousen and sons (Aiden and Brantley) and son Kyle, wife Tiffaney all reside in Clay County.
Diane has dedicated herself to serving her community in many roles from business owner to volunteer with organizations including Clay Women in Business, Orange Park Medical Center Board of Trustees, Clay Family Policy Forum, Clay County Chamber of Commerce Board, the Clay County Economic Development Board, Clay County Tourism Development Board, Clay County Transportation Advisory Committee and the Clay County School District Health Education Advisory Council.
