Clay County Evaluation and Appraisal Report

Every seven years, state law requires governments to conduct an evaluation of the current Comprehensive Plan. The Clay County Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR)has been prepared to review the elements of the Comprehensive Plan, identify major issues facing the County, assess how the Comprehensive Plan meets the current and future needs of the County and recommend changes to the Comprehensive Plan.

After the completion of the draft EAR, to be consistent with Section 163.3191(4), F.S, the Clay County Board of County Commissioners adopted the EAR by resolution at the February 27th public hearing. The proposed EAR can be accessed here:
