"It is the mission of the Clay
County Library System to provide current high demand, high interest popular materials in a variety of formats for patrons of all ages, assist
students
pre-school through grade 12 in meeting educational objectives
established during their
formal course of study, and support individuals
of all ages pursuing a sustained
program of learning independent of any
educational provider."
The Clay County Library System proudly
serves the citizens of Clay County. A dedicated group of employees
provide quality library services to patrons through four Branch
Libraries located in Green Cove Springs, Orange Park,
Middleburg/Clay-Hill, Keystone Heights, and Fleming Island.
With input from Clay County citizens the
Library Department has identified the following areas as being of
primary importance:
 The Library supports individuals of all ages pursuing learning
independent of any educational provider.
The Library assists students from pre-school through the 12th grade in
meeting educational objectives established during their formal courses
of study.
The Library features current, high-demand, high-interest materials in a
variety of formats for persons of all ages.
Clay County branch libraries are located in
Green Cove Springs, Keystone Heights, Middleburg/Clay Hill, Orange Park
and Fleming Island.
