Library Services

"It is the mission of the Clay County Library System to provide current high demand, high interest popular materials in a variety of formats for patrons of all ages, assist students pre-school through grade 12 in meeting educational objectives established during their formal course of study, and support individuals of all ages pursuing a sustained program of learning independent of any educational provider."

The Clay County Library System proudly serves the citizens of Clay County. A dedicated group of employees provide quality library services to patrons through four Branch Libraries located in Green Cove Springs, Orange Park, Middleburg/Clay-Hill, Keystone Heights, and Fleming Island.

A bookmobile out-reach program is also provided to areas of the County that require such services. With input from Clay County citizens the Library Department has identified the following areas as being of primary importance:

Clay County branch libraries are located in Green Cove Springs, Keystone Heights, Middleburg/Clay Hill, Orange Park and Fleming Island.
