13th Annual St. John's River Celebration
The 2008 St. Johns
River Celebration, is scheduled for March 15th from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon. Our
13th Annual cleanup occurs at various locations throughout the county.
Volunteers will be asked to meet at Camp Chowenwaw immediately following the
cleanup for lunch (Bubba Burgers and hot dogs) and to pick up their t-shirts.
This year, volunteers will be asked to contribute a canned good(s) for the Green
Cove Springs Food Pantry and a used book(s) for the Clay County Women For
Education “Feed the Body and the Mind”, in exchange for their t-shirts. You can be a part of the Celebration by calling Tania

2008 Clay County State Forest Earth Day Cleanup
The event will be
held on April 26th, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Volunteers of all ages
are invited to take part in the 10th Annual Clay County Forest Cleanup.
Volunteers will be rewarded with lunch immediately following at the Clean up
site.
