The Board of County Commissioners of Clay County, Florida, is considering the adoption of an ordinance governing the locations at which adult entertainment establishments and sexually oriented businesses may operate within the unincorporated area of the County (the Locational Ordinance).  For more information regarding the Locational Ordinance, please click here.

Lane and Road Closures

Williams Park Road- Daily lane closures with flagmen during the next 3 weeks for rebuilding and paving the road.

CR 218 Bridge Over Black Creek- North Fork near Old Carter Road.  For the next two to three weeks, the eastbound lane will have daytime lane closures for repair of the bridge railing.

Scorpio Lane- Will be closed with only local traffic permitted for a period of one week.

Eagle Crest Subdivision- Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) will be at the Eagle Crest Subdivision behind Publix.

Unforeseen construction circumstances or inclement weather could delay or postpone activities and estimated completion dates on this list. This list is subject to change.
